We operate through three main structures: * La Clinique Châtelaine, specialized in musculoskeletal and geriatric rehabilitation * Le Centre Ambulatoire de Réadaptation CARE Charmilles * L'Organisation de Soins à Domicile (OSAD) In 2026, two new structures opened their doors in Belle Terre, consisting of an inpatient clinic: Clinique Belle-Terre and an outpatient rehabilitation center: CARE Belle-Terre. As part of our development and the strengthening of our teams, we are looking for a: Doctor Your mission: You will join a dynamic team where the human element is at the heart of our approach, and the patient is an actor in their rehabilitation. As a Doctor, you actively contribute to the quality and continuity of medical care in the fields of internal medicine, geriatrics, and musculoskeletal medicine. You ensure global care for patients, from the initial evaluation to the development of the therapeutic project, including daily medical follow-up, coordination with care teams, and preparation for the return home. You participate in medico-nursing visits, write discharge reports and medical documents intended for care partners. You work in close connection with the admissions department and the liaison nurse to evaluate admission requests, and you participate in colloquiums and multidisciplinary meetings to guarantee consistent and adapted care. You will also be required to communicate with families, coordinate requests for stay extensions, and intervene quickly in case of acute complications.
