Mobile Site Manager (f/m/d)

You design technical solutions and coordinate the construction of mobile radio stations. As a site manager, you analyze complex projects, define the execution of mandates while respecting technical and financial requirements. You plan resources, ensure profitability, and coordinate stakeholders on site while respecting deadlines. Based in French-speaking Switzerland, you join a committed team and advance high-impact projects.

• Steering projects for new constructions or the development of mobile telephony stations
• Technical and financial responsibility and supervision of partners
• Management of orders, internal resources and coordination of all stakeholders
• Combining field work, technical expertise and team management
• Workplace in Penthalaz with travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland

Your skills

• Technical apprenticeship with a professional diploma (CFC) or equivalent training in telecommunications
• Several years of experience in site management, ideally in mobile telecommunications or infrastructure
• Good IT skills and ability to work with technical documentation and plans
• Ability to work at heights required or willingness to follow the corresponding training
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• You are a flexible, organized, structured and solution-oriented person
• Reliable and stress-resistant, you are comfortable in a dynamic environment
• You have a very good level of French; English and/or German are an asset
