We are looking for our client, a prestigious watchmaking subcontracting company in the canton of Neuchâtel, for an experienced Balance stamping operator (m/f) to strengthen their team.

Job description ###

Ensure the reading of plans, preparation of materials, settings, tooling and operation of mechanical and hydraulic press machines.
Perform dimensional and visual inspection of balances, management of non-conformities, adjustments, improvement and collaboration with Methods and Quality for production optimization.
Perform level 1 maintenance of the machine park.

Profile ###

You have confirmed and highly conclusive experience in this position, easily mastering stamping techniques as well as precision machining on presses (indispensable for applying).
You are rigorous, precise and methodical with a sense of responsibility and enjoy teamwork to take on new challenges!
