Main mission(s) ###

Manage construction projects for the renewal and extension of underground networks

Study layouts with multi-fluid project managers, collaborate on the establishment of plans, carry out in situ surveys and award contracts

Prepare tender documents for the civil engineering part according to SIA 103-112 standards, write technical specifications

Organize and manage construction sites, guarantee compliance with planning as well as the coordination of various stakeholders (engineering offices, companies, other municipal services)

Ensure local site management on all aspects related to the construction site

Perform surveys and measurements throughout the construction site

Perform corrections and adaptations of plans and documents of completed works

Profile ###

ES technician diploma in civil engineering or a title deemed equivalent

Additional training in project management, an asset

Basic knowledge in structural calculations and soil mechanics

Knowledge of public procurement and mastery of aspects related to construction site safety

Experience in monitoring underground network construction sites, an asset

Proficiency in preparing minutes and reports

Mastery of MS Office tools, CAN, Messerli, CAD/CAE software

Ability to organize and prioritize work

Negotiation skills and ability to persuade

Proficiency in communication and listening
