SME Advisor specialized - Lausanne Region

Your main missions:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients and real estate professionals from the region and advise them by proposing the financial solutions and services of the BCV
• Actively prospect companies in the region and get involved within economic circles
• Make use of all the skills of the Bank's internal network to bring the greatest value added to your clients
• Elaborate financing solutions while identifying risk elements and in close collaboration with credit analysts and real estate experts
• Contribute to the improvement of other team members, notably by sharing knowledge and experiences

Your profile:

• Higher banking education or higher education (HES or HEC, etc.)
• Proven experience in the field of financing and global consulting for companies and real estate professionals
• In-depth knowledge of the local economic fabric and involvement in social life
• Strong customer orientation, proactivity and sense of service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, results orientation
