We give you the opportunity to join the leader in contract catering in Switzerland, offering attractive working conditions to its collaborators as well as advantageous social security coverage.

Your mission: * Perform the production of hot and cold cuisine and the distribution of meals.

• Plan menus in connection with the chef.
• Replace the chef during his absences.
• Ensure inventories, bookkeeping, and invoice control.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the prepared dishes.
• Perform the follow-up of orders and merchandise stocks.
• Train and supervise the kitchen team.
• Respect food hygiene rules, in order not to endanger the health of staff and customers.

Your profile: * You have experience in collective catering and traditional catering.

• You have very good interpersonal skills.
• You have a team spirit, are motivated and like challenges.
• You are proactive, precise and have an excellent organizational capacity.
• Holder of a CFC as a cook or a title deemed equivalent.
