MPE Intern 3+1 - Fribourg Agency (August 2027)

Once your 3-year basic training is completed, this one-year internship will allow you to expand and deepen your theoretical knowledge, as well as obtain your Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC). Our trainers will be there to support you, and you will have the opportunity to accomplish various tasks autonomously and progressively take on responsibilities. We are among the leading insurers in Switzerland with more than 2,700 employees, and we train more than 100 apprentices and interns.

Your mission

• You receive and process administrative tasks at the counter and on the phone
• You inform clients and coordinate appointments
• You prepare offers and compare them with those of the competition
• You enter, check, and execute data as well as various mutations
• You coordinate with other departments and perform general administrative tasks
• You participate in projects related to professional training

What you bring

• You have obtained a professional maturity issued by a business or management school (3+1 system)
• You have good grades in languages and mathematics
• You work with precision and think in an interconnected manner
• You are motivated, with a strong desire to learn and to excel
• You demonstrate a sense of communication and organization
• You like working in a team and you are customer-oriented
