Join our team! ### Your mission: Mandates for the Federal Office of Energy (OFEN), notably ProKilowatt and EffEL, constitute the core of the position. You ensure the execution of these programs and examine the eligibility of received applications as well as their suitability with the programs concerned. In parallel, you develop and accompany innovation projects with companies in the energy and industry sectors. ### Your responsibilities: * Contribute to the execution of OFEN programs, notably ProKilowatt and EffEL, and evaluate the eligibility of received applications as well as their suitability with the objectives, criteria and requirements of the programs concerned. * Identify opportunities, acquire new collaborative projects and coordinate their realization with partners. * Accompany SMEs and start-ups in their innovation projects and support them in their development. * Accompany the development of new technologies: evaluate technical-commercial feasibility, identify industrial partners, handle aspects related to intellectual property (IP), analyze priority markets and trends. * Develop and animate our network in the energy sector. ### Your profile: * EPF, HES engineering degree or equivalent training, with confirmed experience in the energy field. * Ability to analyze applications with regard to program criteria and to evaluate the techno-economic feasibility of innovation projects, by formulating clear and reasoned conclusions * Experience in project management and ability to structure activities, coordinate partners and adapt priorities. * Entrepreneurial spirit, listening skills and taste for exchanges with companies, public institutions and other actors in the sector. * Ability to work in French and German, both orally and in writing, and to use English in a professional context. * Knowledge in industrial electrical efficiency, in evaluating support applications or in innovation support constitutes an asset. ### What we offer you: A varied and autonomous activity, combining technical analysis, economic evaluation and company support.
