Equivalent judged experience in Civil Engineering
Confirmed experience in tendering and site management
Perfect mastery of usual IT tools as well as MS Project, Baubit and Autocad
Sense of organization and responsibility

Prepare tenders and price offers
Analyze tender documents
Perform measurements and cost calculations
Consult and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Develop technical variants and optimize costs

Technical and administrative monitoring of construction sites
Coordination with clients, works management and partners
Participation in site meetings
Control of work progress and compliance with deadlines
