We are looking for an event security specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of security operations within an international portfolio of events. The role combines security planning, stakeholder coordination, and on-site operational support.

Description

• Support the planning and execution of security operations for international events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security concepts, risk mitigation measures, and operational plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and security service providers.
• Manage security-related documentation, administrative processes, and event planning activities.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, and competent authorities to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Monitor the progress of security preparations and ensure follow-up on key actions.
• Contribute to the operational preparation and security logistics of events.
• Provide on-site support during events and assist in the coordination of security operations.

Profile

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in security, law enforcement, military service, risk management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in event security, operational security, or security coordination.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external providers.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• German skills at a minimum of level B2 are mandatory.
