Your missions ##

Steering quality in production ###

• Drive the daily quality performance of a manufacturing workshop.
• Ensure the monitoring of quality indicators and implement the necessary actions for their improvement.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards within the production sectors.
• Participate in steering meetings and quality performance reviews.

Management of non-conformities ###

• Identify, analyze and treat quality incidents.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Use problem-solving methodologies in order to eliminate root causes.
• Ensure the monitoring and validation of the effectiveness of the actions undertaken.

Technical support and continuous improvement ###

• Support teams during production startups.
• Raise awareness and train employees on quality best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing and control processes.

Supplier relations and internal partners ###

• Ensure quality monitoring with suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with the Production, Industrialization, Methods and Quality teams.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits.
• Guarantee the dissemination and proper understanding of quality requirements.

Your profile ##

Education ###

• ES Technician in Microtechnique
• ES Technician in Mechanics
• HES Engineer in Microtechnique or Mechanics
• Additional training in Quality strongly appreciated

Experience ###

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial quality function.
• Experience in the watchmaking, microtechnique or precision mechanics industry appreciated.
• Proven experience in quality animation in a production environment.
