Home and office cleaning employee (50 – 100 %)

At Nirma, people are at the heart of everything we do.

Based in La Tour-de-Peilz, Nirma Sàrl is a cleaning, facility services, and landscaping company active throughout the Lake Geneva region, with a strong presence on the Riviera. Our team of 7 to 15 people operates in private homes as well as in offices, buildings, and PPE, using environmentally friendly products.

Our mindset: soft mobility.
On the Riviera, our employees travel as much as possible by electric bike, provided by the company. It is good for health, good for the planet, and often faster than a car in town. A vehicle remains available when distances or equipment require it.

To support our development, we are looking for a cleaning employee to join our team.

Your missions

• Ensure cleaning for our private clients and office maintenance, according to our quality standards
• Organize your work autonomously, respecting the schedules and expectations of each client
• Take care of the equipment and products provided
• Report any needs or anomalies observed on site

Your profile

• You speak French fluently
• You hold a residence permit B, C or Swiss nationality
• Experience in housework, office cleaning, or concierge services is an asset, but we also train motivated individuals, including those changing careers
• A driver's license is a plus
• You are reliable, organized, meticulous and discreet
• You have a sense of service and like work well done
