Your tasks
You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers in the credit and investment sector and the buildup/profitable growth of the existing, own customer portfolio in the financing sector
You are responsible for the needs-oriented support and advice of the demanding existing and target customers, conduct financing discussions, and ensure high-quality customer service
You prepare financing and credit applications for the approving credit instances
You ensure continuous credit risk monitoring and comply with compliance requirements in all customer relationships (KYC documentation, AML, KYC, MIFID, etc.)
You exploit up-/cross-selling potentials and ensure customer profitability
You are responsible for the documentation of all customer activities in the CRM
You continuously keep yourself up to date and undergo further training to maintain knowledge and skills in a constantly changing environment
Your profile
You have a banking apprenticeship and a higher banking or economic education, ideally supplemented by an SAQ certification. Your several years of professional experience in the banking business in Espace Mitteland (Freiburg – Bern – Solothurn) with a focus on the mortgage sector for commercial business enables you to support and advise our demanding clientele holistically and reliably. The analysis of balance sheets and income statements as well as the recognition of potential credit default risks poses no difficulty for you. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. German is your mother tongue and your French skills complement your profile. Your impeccable manners, your confident appearance, your well-groomed external appearance, and your committed, independent acting round off the requirement profile.
