At this stage, we can inform you that the production site based in the canton of Neuchâtel is looking for a Maintenance Technician. Following a retirement, you will join a technical team and will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of production equipment. You will work on a high-precision machine park including notably: CNC machining centers (3 to 5 axes) Grinding and precision machining machines Engraving and micro-machining equipment Laser machines and specialized installations Precision control and measurement equipment Industrial peripheral installations (pneumatic, electrical, mechanical) Missions: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical failures Ensure troubleshooting interventions in order to guarantee production continuity Participate in technical improvements and the optimization of installations Perform adjustments and interventions on high-precision machines Collaborate with production teams in order to improve equipment reliability Document the interventions carried out Profile sought: Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, automation, or an equivalent field German and French required (minimum C1 level for both languages) Proven experience in industrial maintenance Good knowledge of mechanics and industrial electricity Experience on CNC machines or precision equipment is an advantage Ability to analyze and solve technical problems Autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented person Recruitment process Please apply directly so that your application can be processed as soon as possible.
