In order to improve the safety and quality of our electrical installations, we are looking for a motivated, bilingual federally certified electrical installer (commonly referred to as a "master") with good communication skills to hold the position of "Electrical Safety & Installation Project Manager" for the regions of French-speaking Switzerland, Bern and Basel. You will thus have the opportunity to be part of both our innovative team in the field of technology and quality assurance, and our operational team responsible for assembly and after-sales service at the Worb service center.

Technical support for our service technicians in the field of electrical installations and connections (electric charging stations, electric meters, peripherals and related installations)
Active support of our service technicians in the field (design and execution)
Responsibility for electrical installation and connection work
Planning and implementation of NIV-15 continuing education
Role of electrical safety manager
Close collaboration with the NeoVac headquarters in Oberriet
Project management in the field of energy systems
Failure cause analyses in the electrical field
Organization of electrical safety training
Independent investigations on complex installations and technical expertise
Processing and analysis of customer complaints
What you bring
Completed basic technical training in the field of electrical engineering
Continuing education to become a federally certified electrical installer or
certified expert in electrical installations and safety
Bilingual: German / French
Availability to travel in Switzerland (mainly in French-speaking Switzerland, in Bern and in Basel)
In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure or energy engineering
(an asset)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
