MARKETING & EVENT PROJECT MANAGER 50% - IN CRANS-MONTANA

Marketing & Sport Management accompanies Associations, events and Foundations in their development. It is looking for a Marketing & Event project manager at 50% for its office in Crans-Montana.
You will work in close collaboration with the communication team and the management. Your role will be to take charge

Your responsibilities:

• Drive several external projects in parallel - global coordination, management of relations with various partners, monitoring and compliance with schedules and deadlines.
• Actively participate in the development of several marketing strategies for our clients.
• Be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of communication plans.
• Manage the different sectors of our events, notably the sectors of the general secretariat, VIPs, ticketing, the village area and communication.
• Be responsible for the commercialization of a renowned magazine.
• Establish reportings or various reports.

Your profile:

• Higher education in economics, tourism, project management, marketing or equivalent
• Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in project management
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with a good understanding of marketing and communication.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and sense of priorities.
• Ease in human relations
• French: native language
• German: excellent command, ideally bilingual
• Experience in commercialization would be an asset
