Thanks to your expertise, you ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance of our installations on a daily basis.

What you accomplish

• Guarantee the smooth functioning of the technical installations of our stores through regular control, maintenance, and revision actions.
• Ensure the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical equipment with full autonomy.
• Ensure the technical monitoring of installations and the performance of necessary periodic tests.
• Carry out and coordinate additional technical interventions, in connection with the needs of the stores and external service providers.
• Ensure the administrative and documentary follow-up of interventions to guarantee traceability and service quality.

What you bring

• Min. 3 years of experience in the maintenance of technical building installations
• Completed initial or continuing education: A CFC as an electrician or CFC as a mechanic-electrician, or training deemed equivalent
• French (Very good knowledge)
• Solid technical knowledge in building maintenance, particularly in HVAC, as well as a good mastery of safety standards
• An ability to diagnose faults, read an electrical diagram, and intervene autonomously, rigorously, and versatilely
• Good proficiency with usual IT tools and a strong sense of organization and priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills: team spirit, sense of service, flexibility, discretion, punctuality, and availability for travel and on-call service
• Mobility required for daily travel to our stores.
