Job Description ##

• Project Management: supervise the entire construction process, from initial design to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets
• Coordination: collaborate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality execution
• Planning: develop detailed plans, establish budgets, and ensure precise planning of project stages
• Safety: guarantee compliance with safety standards on the construction site and implement preventive measures
• Communication: maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, work teams, and management
• Required skills: experience in construction as a mason and/or foreman is a plus, construction site manager diploma

We expect ##

• Federal diploma as construction site manager or foreign training judged equivalent
• Federal certificate of team leader and/or foreman or foreign training judged equivalent
• Significant experience as a construction site manager in the field of building and civil engineering
• Solid skills in project management and planning
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and sector regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Diploma in civil engineering, construction, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects
