EXPERIENCED AFTER-SALES SERVICE ADVISOR

YOUR MISSION

• Active reception and advice to customers for our after-sales service
• Making appointments and planning workshop work
• Preparation and follow-up of files
• Invoicing of work performed
• Sale of additional services
• Preparation of quotes
• Become the preferred Advisor to your customers and make them want to return!

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• CFC in a trade related to the automotive industry, ideally in mechanics
• Possessing a great sense of welcome and service
• Interpersonal skills, excellent communicator with a positive attitude
• French native speaker with excellent knowledge of English (an asset)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office IT tools and new technologies
• Enjoys teamwork, while knowing how to be autonomous
