Present in several international markets, it is pursuing its development and is currently looking for an Area Manager at 100% to strengthen its team.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You are responsible for the commercial development of your region by identifying new markets and establishing contacts with future partners.
• You develop and maintain long-term relationships with installers, engineering offices, real estate agencies, and other actors in the building sector.
• You ensure the follow-up and loyalty of existing customers while actively expanding your client portfolio.
• You analyze the needs of your interlocutors and advise them on the most suitable solutions regarding measurement, metering, and energy management.
• You prepare commercial offers and participate in the follow-up of tenders in collaboration with internal teams.
• You present the company's products and services to customers, both in person and remotely.
• You accompany commercial projects from their identification to their completion.
• You organize your activity autonomously and ensure structured follow-up of your opportunities within the CRM.
• You represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and professional events.
• You work in close collaboration with the technical and administrative teams to guarantee quality service to customers.

You offer your new employer

• You have a technical education, ideally in the fields of heating, sanitary, electricity, or a similar environment.
• You have acquired solid experience in the sale of technical solutions or in a development-oriented commercial function.
• You have a perfect command of French and can communicate easily in German.
• You are familiar with the building technology sector and its various stakeholders.
• You have already demonstrated your ability to develop a client portfolio and to acquire new markets.
• You are comfortable managing multiple projects and commercial opportunities simultaneously.
• You are recognized for your autonomy, your interpersonal skills, and your results orientation.
• An existing network among installers, design offices, or other industry players constitutes a real asset.
• You are proficient in standard IT tools and CRM systems; knowledge of SAP is an additional advantage.
• You possess a driver's license and enjoy regular travel to clients.
