Your tasks ###

Actively develop the client portfolio through targeted prospecting actions.

Ensure the pre-selection of candidates, organize and conduct interviews.

Negotiate salary conditions with candidates and clients.

Guarantee the follow-up of assignments as well as the lasting satisfaction of clients and candidates.

Substitute other consultants during their absences

S-inform regularly about changes to the various collective agreements

Your Profile ###

Proven experience in recruitment and commercial prospecting in temporary placement. (Construction - building sector is an asset)

Excellent knowledge of the LSE (indispensable).

Good knowledge of the Romand economic fabric.

Dynamic personality ready to integrate into a stable and collaborative team

Proven negotiation skills and high capacity for adaptation.
