As part of the reinforcement of our team, we are looking for an IT Technician oriented towards networks, infrastructure and support, comfortable with both technical interventions and client contact.

Your mission

You will intervene on a daily basis in various IT environments, within our team and directly at our clients'

Your responsibilities :

• Install, configure and commission copiers, PCs and peripherals at our clients'
• carry out the necessary network configurations and ensure the troubleshooting of equipment
• intervene on the networks and IT infrastructures of our clients
• provide technical support by telephone and remotely, analyze requests and assist users in their resolution
• perform on-site interventions and ensure the follow-up and documentation of interventions
• participate in projects and the evolution of our IT infrastructure

Your profile

You are a field-oriented IT technician, autonomous and pragmatic, with a real interest in networks and infrastructure.

You have training in IT or equivalent experience and master Windows environments, LAN/VLAN networks, Wi-Fi, VPN and network equipment, as well as the installation and configuration of workstations and peripherals.

You are capable of diagnosing a problem, finding a solution and explaining it simply to a user or a client.

You appreciate varied days, on-site interventions and direct contact with clients. You are organized, reliable, solution-oriented and know how to work autonomously while collaborating with the team.

Driver's license indispensable.
