To strengthen our team in the areas of Perfumery, Jewelry & Accessories, we are looking for, starting from 01.10.2026, for an indefinite period, at the Vevey site, a* motivated* and committed* person as Assistant Floor Manager, 100%. ##

Your responsibilities

• You support the Floor Manager in their daily activities, ready to take command and take on all the daily challenges with energy.
• You pilot operations on the sales floor to guarantee smooth running and top organization.
• Merchandising is your playground: you ensure that it is always impeccable and eye-catching.
• You inspire and motivate the team, accompanying them so that they express their full potential.
• You dissect results (turnover, margins, KPI) with precision and deploy concrete actions to boost performance.
• You encourage the adoption of digital tools such as Instore Ordering, to offer a modern, fluid and connected customer experience.
• You pilot HR interviews with rigor and kindness, whether it concerns recruitment, development or departures.
• You ensure an organization centered on the customer experience, always keeping their satisfaction at the heart of your priorities.
• You manage stocks and product availability with efficiency, communicating specific needs clearly to headquarters.
• You unite and train the sales team with enthusiasm to maintain a positive and high-performing dynamic.

Your profile

• You have solid training in retail and proven experience in sales, preferably in a medium or high-end environment.
• You know how to organize, guide and motivate a team with autonomy and seriousness, while breathing in a good dose of positive energy.
• Your motivation and ambition are the fuels that drive you to move forward, take on challenges and evolve your career.
• Faced with the unexpected, you keep your calm and your ability to find solutions, while mobilizing your team, even when activity is at its peak.
• Offering an impeccable customer experience is your priority: listening to needs, you build lasting and loyal relationships.
• You perfectly master French, and if you speak another national language, it is a major asset to enrich our team.
