The position As part of the development of La Parenthèse Sport , we are looking for: A sports coach at 50 % - Mastery of Pilates Reformer is indispensable and will constitute an important part of your mission.

Your missions

• Lead and supervise Pilates Reformer classes in small groups
• Give different group classes according to your skills and training
• Welcome and accompany our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Explain, guide, correct, and motivate each person in their practice
• Adapt your support to the levels and objectives of each individual
• Actively participate in the life and development of the sports space
• Create a positive, personalized, and human customer experience.

Your profile

• You are trained and comfortable in teaching Pilates Reformer
• You have training and/or diplomas in the field of sport, coaching, or Pilates
• You are smiling, dynamic, motivated, and benevolent
• You possess an excellent sense of contact
• You love transmitting your energy and helping others to progress
• You have a good commercial flair and a sense of customer service
• You are flexible, autonomous, and appreciate teamwork
