Quality Manager

For our client, reporting to Management, you will organize and manage the Quality Department. You will define the necessary resources and methods to guarantee product quality, while driving continuous improvement processes and supporting your teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the Quality team.
• Deploy the company's Quality strategy and ensure its application.
• Drive quality processes across the entire product life cycle.
• Develop a quality culture among the operational teams.
• Collaborate with production and internal/external partners for continuous improvement.

Profile sought:

• Engineering degree in quality or equivalent.
• Proven experience in management and in an industrial Quality role.
• Good mastery of quality tools and methods.
• Sense of organization, analytical mindset, rigor.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work transversally.
