Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a Painter-Plasterer (M/F)

Your missions

• Prepare substrates (cleaning, repair, preparation of surfaces) before applying coatings and paints.
• Perform plastering work: installation of boards, coating, smoothing and finishes.
• Apply layers of coatings, mortars and finishing products according to the requirements of the construction site.
• Perform interior and/or exterior painting: preparation, application with a roller, brush and/or machine.
• Control the visual quality and regularity of surfaces (uniformity, adhesion, absence of defects).
• Protect work areas and ensure the setup of necessary equipment and protections.
• Respect safety instructions, site standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with other trades to guarantee the proper coordination of interventions.

Skills &; required qualifications

• Proven experience in plastering and/or painting on construction sites (interior and/or exterior).
• Mastery of coating, smoothing and substrate preparation techniques.
• Ability to prepare and apply paints and finishing systems (choice of products, surface preparation).
• Attention to detail and demand for quality to obtain clean and durable finishes.
• Knowledge of safety rules on construction sites and good practices for the protection of people and property.
• Reading and understanding of work instructions (simple plans, technical data sheets, installation instructions).
• Autonomy on site and sense of organization (management of equipment, respect for deadlines).
• Driving license B (desired) to facilitate travel and the transport of equipment.
• Training or certification in the building sector (plastering, painting, coatings) appreciated.
