Your profile: * Several years of experience in a similar position * Ability to work both in a team and independently * Mastery of French as a native language or spoken fluently * Organization, flexibility, dynamism, rigor and sense of priorities * Ability to remain calm and performant in demanding situations * Availability to work in the evenings and on weekends Your tasks: * Prepare and create dishes according to the quality standards of the establishment * Ensure the mise en place and the smooth running of the service * Work at the different stations of the kitchen * Ensure compliance with recipes, quantities and the presentation of dishes * Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety standards * Participate in the tidying up, cleaning and maintenance of your workstation * Collaborate closely with the other members of the brigade * Demonstrate flexibility according to needs and activity We offer: * Stable and varied employment * The advantages of a large company Start date: to be agreed You are interested?
