Design Drafter (M/F) at 100%

Reporting to the Methods Manager, you participate in the design of products and tooling intended for the manufacture of technical parts by stamping. A true actor in the development of new projects, you transform customer needs into high-performance industrial solutions.

Your missions:

• Study customer requests and validate their feasibility by stamping.
• Propose alternative technical solutions when necessary.
• Design and dimension mechanical parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
• Create 3D models and definition drawings using CAD.
• Establish the bills of materials associated with the projects.
• Design and monitor the realization of prototypes within the deadlines.
• Ensure the transition of projects into the production phase ("ready to produce").
• Update technical files according to design evolutions.
• Be an actor in the industrialization of a product, from the manufacture of tools to the delivery of finished parts.

Profile sought: Your technical skills make the difference!
You have technical training in mechanical design and experience in tooling design or in an industrial environment.

You master:

• The reading of mechanical drawings.
• Stamping and cutting techniques.
• Tool manufacturing processes.
• SolidWorks software.
• ForgeNXT or an equivalent simulation software.
• The preparation of control and monitoring documents.

You enjoy working in interaction with different departments to advance projects and guarantee their success.
