Job objective

Main responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal procedures and policies.
• Conduct compliance reviews and identify gaps.
• Participate in compliance risk assessments.
• Update internal documentation and procedures.
• Ensure the follow-up of corrective action plans.
• Prepare compliance reports and indicators.
• Raise awareness and support teams on Compliance topics.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Perform KYC/AML controls or other applicable regulatory controls.

Profile sought

• Higher education in law, finance, audit, risk management, or a similar field.
• Experience in compliance, internal control, audit, or risk management.
• Good knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of French and English
