We are looking for an experienced senior field technician, capable of intervening with total autonomy at our clients' sites as part of maintenance, deployment, and support services. You will work on varied technical environments combining IT, networking, and low voltage, with a key role in service continuity.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will operate in a multi-site environment (retail / industry) with strong autonomy in the organization of your interventions.

Main missions

Technical interventions - Installation, commissioning, and verification of equipment - Diagnosis, troubleshooting, and replacement of workstations - Recovery and securing of user data - Intervention on IT and low voltage infrastructures (cabling, connectivity, audio equipment)

Support & Maintenance

On-site interventions and remote assistance (telephone), Diagnosis and resolution of incidents (Level 1), Application of deployment and operation procedures

Networks & Systems

Diagnosis of IP and Wi-Fi networks - Intervention on AD, DNS, DHCP, file sharing, Analysis and resolution of IT malfunctions

Customer relations

Training and support for users, Advice on the use of equipment, Guarantee of a good level of quality of service

Management & Follow-up

Management of spare parts stock, Writing of technical reports after each intervention, Rigorous follow-up and reporting of information

Profile sought

• Proven field experience, 10 years minimum
• Senior profile expected
• Accustomed to managing complex situations alone in a client environment
• Mastery of network environments (IP, Wi-Fi, AD, DNS, DHCP)
• Knowledge of low voltage and/or sound systems appreciated
• Knowledge of Raspberry Pi and/or Python scripting appreciated
• Proficiency in multi-support IT (PC, mobile, business tools)
• Reliability, rigor, good customer relations
• Seeking stability in the position
