Job description
You ensure the technical and operational management of the relevant region
You retain the existing client portfolio and actively contribute to the commercial development of the region (resellers and end customers)
You support and lead a sales team
You are in charge of resource and budget planning
You ensure coordination with headquarters and report to the national sales director
Profile sought
Benefiting from solid experience as a KAM / Technical-Sales (sale of technical consumables, building trades)
Experience in managing a team
Good knowledge of the French-speaking construction fabric and building trades / civil engineering (sanitary, electricity, masonry)
Native French speaker with knowledge of German
Entrepreneurial with a strong sense of commerce and excellent interpersonal skills
