As part of the development of its activities, I am looking for an experienced export freight forwarder.
You will be responsible for the organization and monitoring of export shipments, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, customs regulations, and customer requirements.

Job description ###

• Organization and management of road export shipments, possibly air and sea
• Preparation and control of transport and customs documents (customs declaration papers)
• Coordination with customers, carriers, airlines/shipping companies, and agents abroad
• Monitoring of files from A to Z until final delivery
• Management of disputes, complaints, and potential delays
• Compliance with internal procedures and international regulations

Profile ###

• Training in transport, logistics, or international trade
• Proven experience as an export freight forwarder (minimum 7 years)
• Good knowledge of incoterms and customs formalities
• Proficiency in French; English is an additional asset B2 (German appreciated depending on the region)
• Comfortable with IT tools and transit software
• Organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented person
