Following the departure of one of our employees, we are opening the following position with job sharing as the working arrangement.

Bank Advisor 60%

Main tasks:

• Exhaustively advise the internal clientele regarding basic services such as mortgages, investments, savings and pension.
• Manage and develop the internal client portfolio in compliance with current directives and regulations.
• Ensure controls related to the specificities of this clientele (securities transactions, excesses etc.)
• Actively apply the framework regarding banking compliance and anti-money laundering.
• Respond effectively and quickly to appointment requests from the internal clientele.
• Handle other administrative tasks inherent to the function.

Profile for the function:

• Federal Diploma of Financial Advisor (IAF) or higher education in banking and finance.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in an individual client advisor function in Switzerland.
• Improved knowledge of German and/or English (B1).

Important information about the position:

• Working days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• Place of work: Neuchâtel
• Activity rate: 60% in job sharing with your partner
• Start date: 1st December 2026 or to be agreed
