In this context, your main missions will be: * Develop and coordinate architectural projects, from the design phase to the first phases of realization. * Prepare and submit building permit applications. * Ensure relations with clients, authorities, specialized offices, and other mandatories. * Produce plans, technical details, and documents necessary for tenders. * Present projects to clients, partners, and administrations. * Analyze technical issues and ensure regular reporting to hierarchy. * Actively participate in the dynamics and development of the team. You will work on diversified projects in the following fields: * Housing * Hospitality * Offices and administrative buildings * Industry Profile sought: * Architect diploma EPF, HES or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of experience in French-speaking Switzerland. * Mastery of AutoCAD and Revit. * Confirmed experience in SIA phases 31, 32, 33 and 41. * Knowledge of SIA phases 51 and 52 is an asset. * Experience in project development and management of building permit files. * Good knowledge of SIA standards and local practice. * Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written. * You are recognized for your autonomy, your rigor and your sense of organization. * You know how to analyze technical issues and propose adapted solutions. * You enjoy teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various interlocutors.
