Jouan – de Rham is a Geneva-based real estate group active in architecture, consulting, project management,

property management and transactions.

The group primarily operates on high-quality residential projects in the canton of Geneva and the Léman region, for a demanding private and institutional clientele.

In parallel, Jouan-de Rham is developing a growing activity in office fit-outs
and commercial projects.

Its structured and multidisciplinary organization allows it to support its clients throughout the entire real estate cycle.

As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced architect capable of intervening autonomously on demanding projects.

This position offers a complete vision of the architectural project, from the study phase to the preparation of execution and its follow-up.

• Development of preliminary designs and projects
• Coordination of specialized consultants
• Preparation and follow-up of authorization requests
• Preparation of execution plans
• Participation in tenders and comparative analyses
• Technical coordination and architectural supervision of construction sites
• Direct relationship with clients (maîtres d’ouvrage)
• Contribution to office fit-out projects and commercial fit-outs

Votre profil

• EPF / HES architect diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland
• Confirmed experience in residential projects
• Interest or experience in office fit-outs
• Mastery of Archicad
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and Geneva / Vaud administrative procedures is a plus
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel
• Autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility
• We are looking for a profile that is technically solid, structured and reliable, wishing to become part of a growing structure long-term.
