Apprentice Milk Technologist

WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Receive, transport, and store inputs (milk and other raw materials) while respecting hygiene rules
• You will perform different treatments on the milk (homogenization, pasteurization, etc.)
• You will actively participate in the manufacture of dairy products (various cheeses, lattesso)
• You will perform sampling and analyses to guarantee the quality from the raw material to the finished product

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: ####

• Mandatory schooling completed with good results (French, mathematics, and natural sciences)
• You have a developed sense of smell and taste (attraction to dairy products)
• Hygiene and cleanliness are among your priorities
