In a context of development, it now wishes to strengthen its teams and mandates us for the recruitment of a ### HVAC Project Manager In this key function, you will take charge of HVAC projects and ensure their complete realization, with a strong focus on quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction. A true conductor, you will coordinate teams and stakeholders, while guaranteeing a rigorous and fluid execution of construction sites, within a dynamic and field-oriented environment. Main responsibilities * Take charge of HVAC projects and ensure their complete realization, from preparation to delivery, by analyzing technical files, tenders, and plans in order to effectively structure the execution phases. * Participate in the costing of projects by analyzing files and contributing to the development of technical offers. * Plan work and define necessary resources (teams, equipment, subcontractors), while adapting the organization according to the progress and constraints of the construction site. * Act as the main interlocutor for clients, notably general contractors and architects, and guarantee a high level of satisfaction. * Set up, organize, and lead site meetings to ensure fluid coordination between the different stakeholders. * Form, supervise, and lead site teams by ensuring an efficient distribution of tasks and regular monitoring. * Coordinate the different technical trades and ensure the interface with heating, ventilation, and electricity lots. * Supervise the execution of sanitary, heating, and ventilation installations in compliance with plans, technical requirements, and company standards. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and execution quality, and control the conformity of installations to current standards. * Manage unforeseen events, anticipate risks, and propose suitable technical and organizational solutions. * Ensure the administrative follow-up of projects (site reports, progress monitoring, technical documentation) as well as regular reporting to management. * Organize and supervise the testing, adjustments, and commissioning of installations, participate in the acceptance of works, and ensure the lifting of reservations until the closure of projects. Your profile * Having a CFC in the sanitary or heating field, you have ideally completed your training with a federal diploma or master's degree. * You have confirmed experience in Switzerland as a sanitary or heating project manager, allowing you to be quickly operational. * SME environments are familiar to you and you appreciate proximity to the field and the teams. * Structured and autonomous, you know how to manage your priorities and advance your projects efficiently. * You demonstrate open-mindedness and are able to adapt to different situations. * Flexible and committed, you do not hesitate to invest yourself where there is a need. * You appreciate teamwork and collaborative human-sized environments. * Comfortable with various interlocutors, you know how to create relationships of trust. * Curious, energetic, and results-oriented, you want to invest yourself in a company project. * Hardworking and reliable, you are committed to seeing things through to the end and delivering quality projects.
