Your tasks ##

In this varied role, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and administrative control of IT move projects and, together with the technical teams, ensure a smooth process.

• Planning and coordination of IMACD orders (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) including hardware management
• Organization and accompaniment of IT moves, from inventory taking through order creation to successful implementation and final inspection
• Scheduling and coordination with building and user representatives
• Deployment planning and scheduling of technicians
• Ordering of required hardware according to customer specifications
• Carrying out incoming goods inspection as well as processing discrepancies
• Management of hardware stocks and ensuring correct warehouse management
• Preparation and provision of old material for return or professional disposal
• Maintenance and management of stocks as well as master data in the customer-specific systems
• Recording and processing of data in the customer tools
• Support with administrative and organizational tasks in daily business

Our requirements ##

• Completed training in the field of ICT, Informatik, or a comparable training
• Initial professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in IT support, Field Service, or IT Move Management
• Strong organizational and coordinative skills as well as a structured way of working
• High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and service orientation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong communication and team-oriented personality
• Fluent French skills as well as good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license category B mandatory
• Flawless criminal record and debt collection register extract
• Temporary employment with option for permanent employment
