We are looking for our client in eastern Lausanne, a:

Property Management Manager

Missions:

• Participation in the direction of the department
• Direction, control, and coordination of the activities of the property management sector composed of about fifteen male and female employees responsible for financial asset management
• Collaboration in the development of efficient information systems and work tools

Profile:

• 40 - 50 years old
• Federal Diploma of Property Manager or HEG diploma
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the real estate sector in a management position
• Ability to manage a budget
• Proven experience in Management
• Person having skills in planning, process management, resources, and the development of steering tools
