Your tasks ###

• Ensure all administrative tasks related to the maintenance shutdown
• Be in contact and collaborate daily with the various societies and external companies intervening on the site
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the interveners and the various companies
• Respond to requests, calls and e-mails from the various interlocutors
• Prepare, control, enter and file administrative documents
• Ensure the follow-up of files and information necessary for the proper running of the shutdown
• Facilitate the flow of information between the various interveners and the site teams
• Provide general administrative support during the entire duration of the shutdown

Your profile ###

• You have a vehicle
• Proven experience in an administrative or assistant position
• Fluent French and Swiss German, both spoken and written - indispensable
• Very good mastery of standard IT tools, notably MS Office
• Excellent organization and ability to manage several interlocutors simultaneously
• Rigorous, autonomous and reactive person
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication
• Experience in an industrial environment is an asset
