Architect / Renovation Project Manager – 80 %
Origami Rénovation is growing and we are looking for an architect / project manager at 80% to take charge of renovation projects from design to delivery. Projects: renovation and transformation of houses and apartments in the Canton de Vaud
We are looking for someone who wants to have real responsibilities, to make decisions and to see the concrete result of their work.
Not just producing plans.
Your role at Origami
You take charge of your projects and accompany them from A to Z:
Survey of existing conditions, design and development of projects;
Elaboration of plans and technical dossiers;
Preparation and submission of building permit applications and coordination with authorities and mandatories;
Consultation of companies, planning and preparation of works;
Site management and supervision: coordination of companies, quality, deadlines and budget;
Acceptance of works and delivery of the project to the client.
Your objective: to move your projects forward and bring them to successful completion.
The profile we are looking for
What interests us most is your way of working. We are looking for someone who is:
Autonomous: You know how to organize your work and take charge of a project without constantly being told what to do.
Organized: You anticipate. A construction site should not stop because an order or a decision was not made early enough.
Solution-oriented: When a problem appears, your first reflex is to look for how to solve it.
At ease in the field: You enjoy designing a project as much as putting on your construction boots and interacting with companies to realize it.
At ease with clients: You know how to explain, advise, reassure and sometimes announce that a problem must be resolved.
Experience side
You ideally have:

• HES/EPF architect training or equivalent title allowing you to establish and sign inquiry dossiers in the canton de Vaud (REG A/B or recognition conforming to the LPrA). Experience in the preparation and submission of CAMAC dossiers is indispensable.
• real experience in site management and supervision;
• the ability to read, produce and check execution plans;
• a good understanding of the different building trades;
• excellent command of French.
