About the position

As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a Landscaping Estimator / Calculator to strengthen our team and take charge of the financial and technical study of landscaping projects.

You will intervene upstream of the implementations, in close connection with the design teams, suppliers, and the teams in charge of the execution of the works.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Perform measurements, price studies, and estimates for landscaping projects;
• Analyze tender dossiers and technical documents;
• Prepare quotes, submissions, and commercial offers;
• Consult suppliers and subcontractors and analyze their offers;
• Research technical and economic solutions adapted to the projects;
• Prepare and update the documents necessary for the monitoring of offers;
• Participate in clarification meetings and exchanges with clients, mandatories, and partners;
• Ensure a clear transmission of technical and financial elements to the teams in charge of implementation;
• Collaborate with the design office and operational teams to guarantee the consistency of the projects;
• Contribute to the optimization of estimation methods and the continuous improvement of practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the estimation / calculation of landscaping projects;
• Training in the field of landscaping, civil engineering, landscape architecture, or training deemed equivalent;
• Good knowledge of techniques and materials related to landscaping works;
• Good understanding of costs, yields, and the economic realities of construction sites;
• Mastery of standard IT tools;
• Knowledge of Baubit Pro is an asset;
• Analytical spirit, rigor, and sense of organization;
• Autonomy and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
• Ease in exchanges with the various interlocutors of a project;
• Attention to detail and ability to propose relevant solutions;
• Good knowledge of the market and suppliers in the Geneva region is an asset.
