• Responsibility for the customer advisory area
• Advising customers on basic products from the product ranges «Sparen, Zahlen, Anlegen, Vorsorgen»
• Ensuring day-to-day business through the needs-based use of personnel resources
• Identifying needs and forwarding customers to the responsible specialist departments
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
