You interest us ##

You hold a CFC in commerce or a training deemed equivalent and have experience in the field of occupational pension schemes. Customer-oriented, you appreciate human interaction and make it a point of honor to offer quality service both in administrative management and in telephone contacts or during interviews. Knowledge of German or English would be an asset.

Recognized for your organizational skills, your rigor and your ability to define priorities, you effectively manage several activities in parallel while guaranteeing precise and reliable work. Autonomous, you also appreciate teamwork and actively contribute to a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.

Your analytical capacity, your logical sense as well as your ease with IT tools allow you to evolve effectively in a demanding and constantly changing environment.

Your mission
Within our occupational pension management team, you ensure the administrative processing and follow-up of files related to the pension of employers and insured persons, as well as the management of vested benefits policies.

You will be required to:

• Ensure the management and administrative follow-up of occupational pension and vested benefits files;
• Inform insured persons as well as employers about benefits and administrative procedures;
• Ensure the processing of requests and correspondence in compliance with deadlines and the expected quality;
• Collaborate with various internal and external partners.
