Key information about the position:

Reference: CLS/RH/2026.781 / Contract type: Contract for a maximum duration from February to December 2027 at 100% / Hours: according to schedule from Monday to Sunday mainly from 9:00 to 18:00 (flexibility required for continuous hours as early as 6:00 and as late as 21:00) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person, ideally on 1 February 2027 / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

For a replacement of a few months, we are looking for a Dietary Cook ready to join our team. On a daily basis, you will prepare dishes adapted to the various diets of our patients while participating in production at the different kitchen stations.

What will you be required to do?

• Develop dishes and menus adapted to different diets, in collaboration with dietitians
• Prepare "à la carte" orders for patients and dishes intended for various events organized at the Clinique as well as for the staff restaurant
• Plate patients' meals on the meal tray line, ensuring quality and presentation
• Control and update dietary menus in the meal ordering system
• Contribute to the training of apprentices
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene and quality standards, notably HACCP, as well as the cold and hot chain

Essentials:

• CFC as a cook completed by a CFC or Federal Diploma of a dietary cook or training deemed equivalent
• Good knowledge of different dietary regimes and ability to respect their specific requirements
• Mastery of culinary techniques and ability to produce quality dishes in quantity
• Mastery of food hygiene standards, notably HACCP, and rigorous respect for the cold and hot chain
• Autonomous, sense of organization, precision and ability to manage stress
• Team spirit and ease in collaborating with dietitians and the entire brigade
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends and public holidays

Your assets:

• Knowledge of LogiMen software
• Experience in the creation and development of dietary menus
• Creativity and sense of presentation
• Interest in passing on knowledge, notably to apprentices and colleagues
