In order to strengthen our Life Insurance Benefits Division, we are looking for a Group Leader Life Insurance Training & Quality. At the head of a team of specialists, you will play a key role in the development of skills, the quality of benefits, and the harmonization of business practices within the division.
The various missions awaiting you
Supervise, support, and develop a team of trainers and Training & Quality specialists
Organize team activities, optimal allocation of resources according to operational priorities, and ensure administrative follow-up
Identify training needs and business directives of the different entities and coordinate actions with business owners and managers
Evolve initial and continuous training systems, including pedagogical materials while guaranteeing the quality of integration pathways
Lead projects aimed at improving the learning experience and the efficiency of training pathways
Participate in the creation and evolution of business directives and ensure the harmonization of practices within the division
Support teams in the application of business instructions and ensure an effective dissemination of regulatory and organizational evolutions
Steer quality control and monitoring activities and support managers in the analysis of results and the definition of improvement measures
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, benefits, and quality standards
Contribute to the success of Vaudoise through your leadership, your business expertise, and your ability to unite teams around common objectives
What makes you unique
Higher education or experience deemed equivalent in the field of insurance, training, or management
Proven experience in life insurance, ideally in UVG benefits and/or sickness loss of earnings
Bilingual French German; at least C1 level in the non-native language (mandatory)
Successful experience in team leadership and ability to support change in an evolving environment
Marked interest in the transmission of knowledge and the development of skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Sense of quality, solution orientation, and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors
Natural leadership, ability to unite and create a climate of trust
Comfort with digital tools and interest in challenges related to digitalization and continuous improvement
