We wish to recruit a B2B Sales Representative - All/Fr – 80-100% – permanent position

Mission :

You Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients and actively contribute to the development of the company.

• Prospecting and acquisition of new clients
• Identification of needs and development of long-term customer relationships
• Preparation of offers and negotiation of contracts
• Management of the existing client portfolio
• Improvement of sales processes and contribution to the development of innovative solutions

Profile :
------------

• Proven experience in B2B sales, minimum 5 years of experience
• Expertise in the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing and client follow-up
• Experience with the sale of services and/or digital solutions
• Strong results orientation, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of German and French
• Comfortable with CRM tools (Odoo preferably)
• Sales sector: German-speaking Switzerland
