On behalf of our client, an international player in the industrial sector, we are looking for a:

QHSE Manager M/F

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Director, you will ensure personnel safety while guaranteeing the operational excellence of the site.

Your missions will be structured around the following axes:

• Strategic steering: Optimize and maintain the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001 standards).
• Compliance guarantee: Ensure the strict application of Swiss environmental regulations and current QHSE standards.
• Awareness and safety: Promote workplace risk prevention and drive safety culture among the production teams. You are also the ESD referent.
• Improvement process: Manage internal audits, handle non-conformities, and supervise the deployment of action plans.
• Management: ability to manage a team, you are a unifying and dynamic person, teamwork is a true driver for you.
• Commercial follow-up & customer relations: endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate charisma and ease in negotiation.

Profile sought

• You have an engineering background in electronics, completed by a QHSE specialization.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the electronic industrial sector.
• You speak French and English fluently. Mastery of German is a plus.
• Your analytical mind, combined with natural leadership, allows you to easily engage teams on QHSE topics.
• You stand out through your great autonomy and know how to be proactive.
• You are recognized for your sense of organization, your rigor, and respect for your commitments.
