Production Quality Controller, M/F/D, 100%

Looking for new challenges and an enriching and varied position? We are currently looking for a qualified polymechanic/mechanic oriented towards quality and repair who wants a new professional challenge.

Responsibilities

• Quality control in production (random inspection of sub-assemblies, modules and machines, etc.)
• Control and maintenance of quality criteria in the various production lines
• Validation of test benches in collaboration with Process Engineering (fault simulation, tolerance definition, etc.)
• Identification of non-conforming parts (and part lots) and feedback to incoming inspection via the official form
• Organization and execution of repairs for non-conforming parts in order to avoid production blockages
• Proposal of improvements for parts, assembly techniques, assemblies in order to improve quality or reduce production costs
• Assistance in training operators on assembly techniques

Profile

• CFC in polymechanics, mechanics or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of mechanical part repair
• Ability to read, understand and interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
• Possessing a rigorous analytical and synthetic spirit
• Use of computer programs (Wrike, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Filemaker, etc.)
• Good interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills
• Ease in using tools for the repair of parts and modules
• You have a good level of French (spoken and written)
