Shape the branches of tomorrow with us.
Do you want to take on responsibility, manage projects, and lead a team? Then become part of our expansion team and accompany new branch locations from the first idea to the successful opening.

• Leading a small team in the area of construction and expansion administration
• Responsibility for the search, planning, and realization of new branch locations in the assigned expansion area (West)
• Responsibility for renovation work and modernizations in the branch network
• Analysis and evaluation of potential locations
• Creation of rough planning as well as clarification of construction law issues
• Contacting property owners and landlords
• Conducting contract negotiations
• Management and coordination of all construction phases as a client representative
• Close cooperation with authorities, architects, and craft companies
• Support and further development of the existing branch network
• Ensuring compliance with cost, budget, and quality specifications

Profile ##

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, real estate management, architecture, or spatial planning is an advantage, as well as several years of relevant professional experience
• High mobility as well as the willingness to take on responsibility
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in the leadership and further development of teams
• Very good French and German skills
